Rates, Process, and Cancellations

Our Process

All of our mediations take place via video conference.

Upon receipt of the Notice of Mediation, we will email the parties our engagement letter, with the understanding that the terms of the engagement letter will govern the relationship between us.

Unless the parties agree otherwise, the mediation fee shall be equally divided.

Invoices will be delivered via email to each party’s attorney upon conclusion of the mediation.    Payment shall be due within 15 days of receipt of the invoice, and is not conditioned upon settlement of the case.

In the event you have any objection to the terms of our engagement, please contact us immediately.

Our Cancellation Policy

We do not charge cancellation fees, even if cancellation occurs on the day of the mediation.

Mediation Rates for Steve Leon, Vic Berg and Jim Pratt

Two parties: $300.00 per party, per hour
Three parties: $250.00 per party, per hour
Four parties: $210.00 per party, per hour
Five or more parties: $180.00 per party, per hour

There is a four-hour minimum for mediations reserved for a half day. There are no preparation fees. There is no charge for review of documents or other preparation work for mediations.

Mediation Rates for Quentin Fairchild

Two parties: $250.00 per party, per hour
Three parties: $225.00 per party, per hour
Four or more parties: $200.00 per party, per hour

There is a three and a half hour minimum for mediations reserved for a half day. There are no preparation fees. There is no charge for review of documents or other preparation work for mediations.

Mediation Rates for Tim Harrington

Two parties: $275.00 per party, per hour
Three parties: $215.00 per party, per hour
Four parties: $190.00 per party, per hour
Five or more parties: $165.00 per party, per hour
