David J. Marsh

After a distinguished undergraduate career in which he graduated magna cum laude and competed for four years as a Division I student athlete, David Marsh graduated Florida State University College of Law with high honors in 1989. He has since litigated thousands of civil cases in Florida, primarily in the area of personal injury. David has parlayed his vast legal experience into success as a certified circuit civil court mediator and has successfully mediated hundreds of civil cases throughout the State. David is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and is available for mediations statewide.
