Cristina A. Blunt

Cristina Blunt is an experienced mediator and qualified arbitrator who brings more than two decades of trial and litigation experience to her practice. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and Federal courts throughout Florida. Moreover, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Cristina’s civil litigation experience includes personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home liability, first and third-party property damage, construction defect, premises liability, debt collection, negligent security, breach of contract and animal owner liability.  She has litigated and mediated many complex, high conflict cases.

Cristina is a graduate of Harvard University’s prestigious program on negotiation and mediation, is a member of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals, and is an approved mediator for the Florida Department of Financial Services.
