Two parties: $250.00 per party, per hour
Three parties: $215.00 per party, per hour
Four parties: $190.00 per party, per hour
Five or more parties: $175.00 per party, per hour

Quentin B. Fairchild is qualified to serve as an impartial and independent Arbitrator for matters across the State of Florida. His arbitration rates are as follows:
There is a four hour minimum for arbitrations reserved for a half day. All time spent working on the matter, including reviewing evidence, conferencing, and drafting the arbitration findings and award, will be billed at the hourly rate.
